R&D dept: responsible for hardware, software and mold development. Technical support: responsible for GPON/GEPON product applications and deployments, FTTH, FTTB, FTTO, IPTV and VoIP solution deployments, and online customer support. Sales dept: responsible for before-sale support, after-sale support, customer relations, order placements. Purchasing dept: responsible for purchasing of raw materials, supplier database and supplier relation management, supplier order placements. Finance dept: responsible for internal company finance work, company assets management, company funding, etc. Storage dept: responsible for company stock management and distributor stock management. Shipping dept: responsible for shipping of orders. Production dept: Responsible for QC, QA, production, functionality tests, stability tests, performance tests, assembly of products before shipment. Human Resource/Administration: Responsible for staff recruitment, administration of office order and maintaining human relations. Supervision Dept: Responsible for company strategy, marketing strategy, R&D strategy, Support of resources and supervision for the entire company. Our Product Chima develops and produces Managed and unmanaged IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3U,IEEE802.3ab,IEEE802.3Z layer 2, layer 3 Ethernet switches and Fiber Media Converters, ITU-T G.984.x GPON OLTs and ONTs, IEEE802.3ah, IEEE802.3av GEPON OLT and ONUs, IP PBX, IP phone and CPEs based on SIP protocol, Android IPTV Setup boxes, and WiFi Routers. To circle our product chain and to simplify the usage of our products, Chima also develops the management software that complies with the hardware products. We provide GPON and GEPON products with a unified NMS to simplify customer’s network maintenances, we also provide easy-to-use VoIP and IPTV solutions for customer’s quick deployments. We provide OEM/ODM services for customers. All our products are customizable. For hardware, we can customize the following: Hardware PCB size: can be the PCB size that you need. Customer Model name printed onto PCB: If you have your own model name, we can put it on the PCB at layout process, so your own model name will appear on the PCB. Housing: the product can be put in the housing that you already have. Mold: You can provide us with your 3d design, we create the mold for you. MAC address: Can be your own MAC address. Product Label: Can be the label as per your design. Packaging boxes: can be the packaging box as per your design Logo: Your own logo can be shown on product housing, PCB, label, packaging box, etc. For Software, we can customize the following: Software functionality: If you need an non-standard function of Chima products, we can develop it for you. Logo: can put your own logo in the software Model name: can put your own model name in the software S/N: can put your own Serial number in the software HTML/Css: we can send you the HTML pages to work out a design of your own, then apply the design with the product you ordered. After-sale service: Chima cares its customers, we provide after-sale service to our customers based on Fair-Play theory. We offer a two-year warranty for all our terminal devices (TIPs: see our terminal device list), as well as a 5-year warranty for our aggregation devices (TIPs: see our aggregation device list). Two-year warranty for Terminal devices: We offer a 2-year warranty for all our terminal devices, Since the date of shipment of an order, if any commodities are found defective in the first year, we offer replacements for the same quantity of defective items at free of charge terms. Free replacements are prepared in one week, and are often shipped together with a re-order. If replacements are required at an urgent basis, we prepare the replacements in one week, and ship to you through airplane or courier express services. Chima afford all costs for free replacements. Since the date of shipment of an order, if any commodities are found defective in the second year, we offer free repair services for the defective commodities. In this scenario, you will need to ship the defective commodities back to Chima’s China office, or to Chima distributor in you local area at your own cost, Chima or Chima distributors shall afford the cost of repairing and shipping back to you. Five-year warranty for Aggregation devices: We offer a 5-year warranty for all our Aggregation devices, Since the date of shipment of an order, if any commodities are found defective in the first 5 years, we offer replacements for the same quantity of defective items at free of charge terms. Free replacements are prepared in one week, and are often shipped together with a re-order. If replacements are required at an urgent basis, we prepare the replacements in one week, and ship to you through airplane or courier express services. Chima afford all costs for free replacements. Out of Warranty Repair services If, the warranty for the commodities that you buy from Chima are expired, Chima offers you charged Repair service.
