Nurses must have ability to work as a fully supporting member of the health care team. Applicants must hold current RN registration with relevant clinical experience. They must have passed or have the ability to pass US licensing exam NCLEX-RN. We are also hiring Physical Therapists / Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Medical Technologists and other healthcare professionals. Currently we have all shifts available on permanent, contract and Per Diem basis. Successful applicants will • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of current post graduate experience and may have completed additional post graduate courses. • Preference will be given to those nurses who already have the NCLEX-RN but we also offer a full NCLEX review and exam preparations • Have a Bachelor’s Degree and meet the hours’ requirements for US licensure. • RN (with or without Visa-Screen) but we are also offering an NCLEX review The visa will be an EB-3 immigrant visa for nurses & EB-2 for PTs/OTs, Pharmacists but we have non-immigrant work visas to bring nurses in shorter period of time while their immigrant visas will be in process and one of the great things about a work visa, EB-3 & EB-2 is that your spouse can travel with you and work here in the US! For Australian citizens E-3 visa is available and applicants can accompany their spouse while travelling to United States and their spouse can also work in United States. Canadian & Mexican nurses can work on TN visa valid upto three years while processing their EB-3 immigrant visa (green card status). Documents required for RN employment visa & Green Card Process: 1. No Problem If you have the required clinical skills but have not yet passed NCLEX-RN or IELTS, you can be selected for these positions provided you are committed to writing the NCLEX-RN exam within the next one year. The alien can be granted CPR for up to five years and obtain a permanent green card, or naturalize and become a US Citizen after the five year period, provided the applicant has been employed in a STEM occupation for the duration of the five year period. We will also get you admitted in a Master Degree Program in Nursing Education or any other Healthcare related profession as part of this employment and visa process and as continuing education program. Under new legislation recently introduced in US Senate, aliens being in STEM visa professions will be allowed to get US citizenship after five years of work and stay on green card status in USA. January 2016 Visa Bulletin shows EB-3 employment based immigrant visa (green card status) petitions dates for Philippines Nurses Nov’2007; for Indian Nurses May 2004 (huge backlogged immigration cases) but for rest of the countries EB-2 & EB-3 dates are closest to current; therefore, immediately their EB-3 & EB-2 immigrant visa petitions will be accepted for approved nurses & PTs/OTs, Pharmacists respectively. For Indians & Philippines Nurses & PTs/OTs, Pharmacists, H1 work visa valid for upto six years will be arranged to keep working here in United States while waiting for their EB-3 & EB-2 dates to get current.
