The frame is 20" so it's considered a large frame bike. The wheels are 27". This is a complete bike and is ready to use. The seats, handlebar and brakes are in excellent shape. Very nice 1960s Schwinn Varsity ladies bicycle. Overall good condition with some age wear. Original tires need inflating. Cool retro bike.
